Once we brand your van, you should not have to start again at full price. Never Start Again Protection is The Sign Dept.’s aftercare programme for eligible magnetic van-sign orders. It is a customer benefit, not an insurance policy or product warranty.
20% off when your business details change
If your telephone number, website, address or other business information changes within 12 months of your original order, you can receive 20% off the affected replacement magnetic panels.
- Only panels containing the changed information are replaced.
- The benefit applies to the same customer and business as the original order.
- A new layout, rebrand or unrelated redesign may require a separate quotation.
- Delivery charges are excluded unless another delivery offer applies.
First Panel Protection: 40% off one replacement panel
If one magnetic panel from your order is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged within 12 months, you can receive 40% off one eligible like-for-like replacement panel.
- Limited to one panel and one claim per original order.
- We may request an order reference, photographs or reasonable supporting information.
- Normal wear, deliberate damage, misuse, incorrect fitting, unsuitable vehicle surfaces or improper storage are excluded.
- This benefit has no cash value and is not insurance.
10% off branding another vehicle
Brand another eligible vehicle for the same business within 12 months of your original order and receive 10% off its magnetic van signs.
- The additional vehicle must be ordered by the same customer for the same business or brand.
- A different vehicle shape may require a new layout or adaptation.
- The discount excludes delivery and cannot be combined with another product discount unless stated otherwise.
Your Brand Vault for 24 months
We keep your approved artwork and key order details in your Brand Vault for 24 months to make eligible replacements, updates and future vehicle orders easier.
- You remain responsible for having permission to use any supplied logos, images and branding.
- We cannot guarantee retention of every original source file, font or third-party asset.
- Major alterations or new creative work may carry a design or production charge.
Launch offer: 15% off for the first 20 customers
When the launch offer is displayed as active, the first 20 eligible customers can receive 15% off their first product order using the advertised code.
- One use per customer and a maximum of 20 successful redemptions.
- The offer applies to eligible products only and excludes delivery.
- It cannot be combined with another product discount.
- Availability ends automatically after 20 successful uses or when the offer is withdrawn.
General eligibility
Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash alternative and apply only to eligible magnetic signs originally supplied by The Sign Dept. Replacement products are made using the materials and production methods available at the time of replacement. Delivery is charged unless a separate delivery promotion applies. We may refuse a claim where information is incomplete, the original order cannot be verified or the request falls outside these terms. Changes to this programme apply prospectively and do not remove benefits already confirmed in writing for an accepted order.
